Is TORSUN a manufacturer or a trading company?
TORSUN TECH is a trading company in Dongguan, China. We coordinate product requirements, supplier answers, sample confirmation and order follow-up for equipment manufacturers and system integrators. Product manufacturing and supplier test documentation remain with the relevant supplier.
What does TORSUN coordinate for an OEM project?
We bring the application, lens, interfaces, power and mechanical requirements into one brief; follow up on supplier questions; and record the agreed sample configuration and included items. The quotation and subsequent order can then refer to the same agreed scope.
How do I request an evaluation sample?
Send the model or intended application, required lens and output, host platform, evaluation quantity, destination and target date. State the documents and accessories your team needs. TORSUN coordinates confirmation of the sample configuration, availability and commercial terms before you order.
What are the price, MOQ and delivery time?
They are confirmed in a quotation for the selected configuration, quantity and destination. This website does not publish a fixed price, stock level, minimum order quantity or dispatch promise. Include both your evaluation quantity and expected follow-on quantity so the supplier can respond to the intended order scope.
Which documents should I request before ordering?
Request the applicable datasheet revision, assembly drawing, connector pinout, video and control protocol, sample packing list and any software needed for your host. State any destination-market documentation requirements. Document availability and applicability must be confirmed for the selected model; listing a request does not mean certification is already held.
How are warranty and shipment arrangements confirmed?
Confirm the warranty scope, claim process, payment, delivery terms, packaging and required shipment documents in the quotation and order. Include the destination and intended civilian application. Product eligibility and any applicable shipment requirements are reviewed for the specific transaction.
